Readme on Operation Virtuapet
Operation Virtuapet is a simple virtual pet that runs in MSDos mode on
almost any computer.
The file itself is called Pet.exe, and only needs to be copied onto your
computer. Double clicking on the icon will start the program.
You can load, save and create pets which you attempt to keep happy through
basic functions. With a comprehensive error checking sistem it is almost
impossible to mess the program up, insuring that you won't lose your pet.
This is not distributed with a warranty, but to the best of the
programmers' knowledge, it works and will not harm your computer in any
way.
Operation Virtuapet is licenced as freeware to be distributed freely as
long as this readme file is included with it.

How many virtual pets go on your computer? And how many have cheat codes?
This program is very easy to run I believe, and it can be a lot of fun.
This program taught me not to take professional programmers lightly. I
only built the menu system to the program, and it took me about 30 hours.
The source code for the pet is huge, but it's not in the program you'll
get. I apologise for the slightly twisted things you can do to your pet.
I did not program that part of the game, and you don't have to use the
nasties if you don't want to.
